This wood cnc router is a 4 axis cnc engraver for 3d carving. It adopts table moving. This 3D carving cnc machine is widely used for furniture bulk production such as desk / sofa legs/ stair handrail stand other column/ cylinder products, 3D sculptures, complex artworks, 360 degree human body, buddha statue, artwork etc.
4 Axis 3d Wood Carving Machine Features:
1. This cnc machine is the 3D, 4 axes CNC router machine, with 8 rotaries and 8 spindles, which can work at the same time or independently, and every one's max effective working area is 250mm (diameter) by 1500mm (length).
2. Two functions, one is plane table for plane material's cutting and engraving. The second function is 8 rotaries for do cylinder / round material's Engraving and Milling. If you want to carving big products, you can choose just several spindles work.
With 3d scanner or designed photo, it can do any 3D engraving and 2D engraving.
3. Adopted advanced 4 sets high-torque YASAKWA servo motor and 3D & 4 Axis NC studio control system.
4. Taiwan TBI ball-screw and Taiwan Hiwin H30 square orbit, with high precision and longevity.
5. Advanced file pretreatment function.
6. High soft, anti-jamming electric cable, protect the machine from outside signal interference.
