The TN5-V8-TC8 is a small foot print 5-axis Mill featuring an 8 Tool Automatic Tool Changer for simultaneous and 3+2 5-Axis machining applications.
Our TN5 High Speed 5-Axis CNC Mills have indefinitely variable speeds from
5000-60,000 RPM using a top of the line German Made IMT Spindle. (6.2Bar, 84 Liter/Min Air Required)
The 1.1kw IMT spindle can machine a full range of material from plastics to hard metals such as Stainless Steel and Titanium. When machining metals we recommend using a 1/8" (3mm) endmill and smaller.
The trunnion table is engineered by MDA Precision here in California and uses only the highest quality components, including Harmonic Drives for zero backlash operations.
The TC8 8-Tool Automatic Tool Changer is designed, engineered, and manufactured by MDA Precision here in California offering 8 tool positions, built in tool height sensor probe, automatic blowoff tool cleaning and automatic chip protection cover.
