WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) is mainly made of natural fibers and plastic. Added with some necessary chemical additive, such as antioxidant, UV stabilizer, lubricants, pigments etc, and produced by professional WPC extruded under the high temperature and pressure, so it is perfectly integrated the advantages of wood with the strong point of plastic.
The Eco-friendly wood plastic composite we produced is made of:30%-35%HDPE,60%-65%wood powder and 10%chemical additivesThis material is extruded by professional wood-plastic extruding machine under high temperature and pressure,so our WPC has good capacity of UV-resistance and low property of thermal expansion and cool contraction.

Q1:Does our WPC work like wood?
A:Yes! You can cut, nail, drill, screw and rout with standard woodworking tools. The density of our WPC is greater than wood.What's more, it has more advantages than our normal wood.
Q2:Why does WPC no need for painting?
A: The reason of that is because we provides 7 colors for customer to select. You can choose any of our color you like from our color boards. Or we can customize your own color if you have samples. We are in this field since 2008, so we are sure we can work smoothly. Moreover, the WPC files are under high temperature and high pressure when being made,that is why its color is attached deeply.
Q3: Does WPC fade?
A:Well, All the WPC product will fade a little after it is exposed to the sun and undergoes the weather with time going by. The anti-UV additives are added to reduce the fading and it will be much suitable for outdoor application. During the first 3 months, the color may fade a little with a approximated percentage of 5% to 10%, this will not affect the overall effect. After that, the color will stay in a stable level through the lifetime of the product.Therefore, when customer choose the color they prefer, we will suggest deep colors. Q4: How to store WPC products?
A: WPC products are much heavier than wood with the same volume. It should be placed on the flat floor for long time storage to prevent warping. We usual suggest customer to use galvanized steel pallet for WPC packing.When delivering to you, we will pack as pallet, when length is within 3 metres. However, when the length is more than 3 metres, with according to the international delivery terms, they will be all packed as single package.
Q5: Are our WPC products easy to install?
A: Well, Do it yourself, Definitely yes. Our customers can find all accessories they need with installing the deck boards. We provides installation instructions as well and installation video to ensure the successful installation. We are pretty sure that our products can meet your DIY request.
