Description
This orange juice squeezer machine is suitable for squeezing oranges, lemons, passion fruit and other fruits (fruit diameter 10-110MM). We don’t need to peel or grade the fruit,just directly juicing them with this machine.
Composition structureThe machine is mainly contains of a frame, a reducer, a feed hopper, two sets of cutter components, two sets of feed rolls, two sets of squeezing rolls, a juice hopper, a slag outlet and other components.

E. Material: Except for the transmission part, the rest material are stainless steel 304;
Turn on the power and pour the materials into the hopper;
1#Feeding roller auxiliary feeding;
1#2# Two sets of blades to slice fruit;
2#The feeding roller feeds the fruit;
1#2# squeezing rolls are squeezed (1# squeezing rolls can be adjusted up and down by the gap adjustment device to control the amount of fruit juice). The juice and part of the pulp are discharged from the juice hopper, and the skin and residue are discharged from the slag hopper to achieve the purpose of squeezing juice.
If you don’t have much demand for capacity per hour, we have another small scale range juicer machine. If you need a large output, we can also support with sorting equipment, cleaning equipment, air-drying equipment, sterilization equipment, and canning equipment fully automatic production.
